Prevention of aggressiveness and hostility of police officers with the technology development abilities of emotional-volitional self-regulation.

Introduction. Aggressiveness is one of the forms manifestation personality deviations and differentiated by degree intensity from its normal indicators to extreme ones. In activities police officers, aggressiveness acts as a defense mechanism, which often exceeds limits moderately protective reactions reaches level aggression, manifested an inadequate response exposure environmental stimuli. Theoretical analysis phenomena hostility, well peculiarities their in professional officers shows propensity employees aggressive hostile behavior, characterized stability stereotypes, determined both emotions fear formed deformities, pathological properties character. The need for self-control emotional lack competence assessing states others increases risks deviant behavior type destructive personality. For sphere activity this significant obstacle ensuring effectiveness reliability. Prevention hostility requires development implementation technology that ensures negative affects regulation skills, behavior.
 purpose study was identify various analyze changes due application abilities emotional-volitional self-regulation.
 Methodology, methods techniques. A complex empirical mathematical used aggression indicators. Empirical data were obtained with following techniques: scale neuropsychic adaptation (J.N. Gurvich), method «Types aggressiveness» (L.G. Pochebut), Cook-Medley Hostility Scale. Data processing performed using specialized software package IBM SPSS Statistics 23 Microsoft Excel. research comparative data. group (n=82) signs maladaptation nonpathological nature separated total sample subjects (n=253) divided into experimental (n=41) control (n=41). group, classes organized self-regulation (forming experiment).
 Results interpretation. values before after experiment showed reliable differences 3 out 9 (33.33%): self-aggression, index, hostility. groups during realization ascertaining no revealed, statistically found: verbal cynicism, aggressiveness, hostility.
 Scientific novelty lies identifying experiencing maladaptation, clarifying role volitional prevention determining parameters manifestations experiment.
